Mark Atiamo (Mr.)

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Mark Atiamo is a Land Economist and a professional Valuer. He is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Gracefields Estates & Construction Ltd. He has a wealth of experience in the real estate industry acquired through years of practice as a valuation consultant and Facilities Manager. Through his over 20 years’ experience in the real estate industry, he encountered numerous incidents of lack of professionalism in estate brokerage service delivery, fraud and substandard construction practices that are sometimes perpetrated on would be tenants and home owners by some real estate services providers. Gracefields Estates & Construction Ltd. taps into the experience of our CEO to steer the affairs of the organisation towards addressing these challenges thereby offering maximum satisfaction to our cherished clients.

Kwame Addai-Boateng (Mr.)

Senior Operations Manager

Kwame is a Land Economist and a Valuation & Estate Surveying professional. With over a decade’s worth of experience in the real estate industry, our clients are assured of practical and proven ways of navigating the industry’s challenges of land acquisition, property development, management, renting and acquisition.

Sintim Kuffour Ernest (Mr.)

Operations Manager

Ernest is a Real Estate and Valuation professional with over eight (8) years of experience in the real estate industry. Ernest has handled tasks that touch on land and property acquisitions, property development and management across the regions of Ghana. His expertise in land acquisition, real estate management and construction, with a strong focus on property development, maintenance and value enhancement, are a valuable addition to the Gracefields family.

Efua Amoako Opoku (Mrs.)

Finance & Administration

Efua holds an MBA in finance and a degree in accounting. She has been involved in a lot of start-ups, growing and making start-ups household names over the years. With expertise in managing real estate and other project funds, micro-financing, savings and loans, Efua brings a depth of experience in the field of finance and administration that is rare to find in the industry. Our clients can count on her invaluable services.

Legal Services

Mr. Charles Habiah is the founder and managing partner of Habiah & Company., Legal Practitioners, Consultants and Natory Public. He is a member of the Ghana Bar, an advocate and solicitor of the Superior Courts of Ghana and brings a wealth of experience that spans twenty-three (23) years of active private legal practice. With expertise in the area of Real Property/Estate Law practice, company law practice and advisories, Intellectual advisories, etc., Habiah consults widely for both local and international clients/firms and is an invaluable addition to the Gracefields family. He also holds Master of Laws (LL.M) in Oil and Gas Law and Maritime Law and offers expertise in Maritime and Energy law.
